Showroom Manager Job Location Qatar Experience More than 5 years of experience in Qatar Prior experience as a Furniture Showroom Manager or Senior Interior Designer Qualification Graduate in Interior Design Architecture or a related field Must be Arabicspeaking preferably Lebanese Extensive experience in selling comparable furniture products Strong skills in space design and client engagement Responsibilities and Requirements Study product features and arrange stock to be visually appealing and functional Train and mentor staff on sales techniques and communication strategies Negotiate prices and payment plans while ensuring client satisfaction Collaborate with marketing specialists to maintain preferred provider status Document sales reward team members and resolve workplace conflicts Excellent communication teamwork and mentoring skills
