Key Responsibilities
1. ESG Strategy Development & Implementation
Design and execute an ESG strategy in alignment with the organization’s core values and Qatar National Vision 2030.
Incorporate ESG principles into daily operations and strategic decision-making.
Work closely with various internal teams to embed sustainability practices across departments.
2. ESG Compliance & Reporting
Track and report ESG metrics in line with global standards such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
Produce detailed ESG reports for both internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Keep up with evolving ESG regulations, trends, and disclosure requirements.
3. Stakeholder Communication & Engagement
Communicate the company’s ESG initiatives to investors, customers, employees, and community stakeholders.
Address stakeholder feedback and concerns on ESG matters.
Represent the organization at ESG-related meetings, panels, and forums.
4. Risk Mitigation & Sustainability Enhancement
Identify ESG risks and growth opportunities.
Develop actionable strategies to mitigate risks and enhance value creation.
Promote continuous improvement by applying industry best practices and driving innovation in ESG performance.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
Preference : Qatari nationals strongly encouraged to apply
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline (Master’s preferred)
Experience : At least 5 years in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility roles
Expertise : In-depth knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and regulations
Skills : Strong communication, analytical thinking, and project coordination; ability to collaborate cross-functionally
