Location Qatar We are looking for a highly skilled and qualified HVAC Technician to join our team If you have the expertise and experience apply now Nationality Filipino Only Experience 3 5 years of HVAC experience in Qatar Visa Status Freelance Visa holders Required Documents Valid Qatar ID QID Can provide NOC Secondment from current sponsor Compliant with Qatar ASHRAE Standards Install operate and maintain HVAC systems including split units package units ducted systems VRF VRV and chilled water systems Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on HVAC equipment in accordance with ASHRAE American Society of Heating Refrigerating and AirConditioning Engineers and Qatari safety standards Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical components of HVAC and refrigeration systems Ensure HVAC installations meet local regulations QCD Kahramaa Ashghal and ASHRAE design guidelines for efficiency ventilation and indoor air quality Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals Conduct system testing commissioning and performance verification Maintain daily logs and prepare service and maintenance reports Follow all HSE procedures and ensure proper use of PPE on site Key Skills Competencies Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and BMS Building Management Systems Capable of working independently and in a team Ability to interpret technical documents and perform troubleshooting Awareness of Qatar Labor Law and safety practices
