Ensure day-to-day delivery of transformation initiatives, overseeing workplans, governance, issue resolution, and structured communication to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project workplans, milestones, RAID logs, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Facilitate governance meetings (SteerCo, PMO updates), prepare decks.
- Track KPIs, progress, risks, and financials.
- Drive documentation : status reports, dashboards, change logs.
- Support development of TOM, processes, and business requirements.
- Help shape change plans, communications, and training activities.
- Ensure methodology consistency and delivery quality.
- Support implementation planning and deployment activities with technology partners.
Qualifications
4–8 years of project / PMO management experience.Experience within consulting or transformation programs preferred.Strong reporting, governance, and facilitation skills.Experience working with enterprise systems or digital platforms (ERP, CRM, workflow).Hands-on experience with system implementation lifecycle.Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).Ability to work with vendors / system integrators.PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications preferred.Excellent writing + communication; PowerPoint / Excel fluency.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
