Job description

• Develop / update, implement and maintain the public relations plans, strategies, policies, protocols, and guidelines and ensure that they stay aligned to the organisations overall objectives and strategy.
• Assist with preparing press releases, reviewing marketing material, producing newsletters and contents for social media.
• Support corporate Public Relations Manager by providing content for communication materials, flagging promotional opportunities, and contributing to promotional events.
• Support the customer relationship management team in resolving complaints, suggestions and enquires.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
