Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining and uplifting the existing brand value across all digital platforms. The person should own the development, implementation, and management of the company’s digital marketing strategies for all the verticals. This role involves goal setting, creating, and optimizing online marketing campaigns, designing and analysing performance metrics, and overseeing the digital marketing team to achieve the set goal. The Digital Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in driving online brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Development : Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that are in line with revenue objectives of the individual verticals
- Identify target audiences and create tailored plan of action to connect and engage with them
- Campaign Management : Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google, Meta, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn
- Plan, launch, and manage email campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize ad spend, and ensure a positive ROI
- Content Marketing : Conceptualise content marketing plan that falls in sync with the overall marketing strategy
- Create a content mix including editorial, visual, and auditory format to feed the strategy
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for digital channels, including blogs, social media posts, and videos
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) : Vet the keyword research
- Identify and manage link building strategy
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO plans to improve website visibility and organic traffic
- Stay agile to quickly improvise the existing SEO practices based on search engine updates
- Social Media Management : Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence, including content posting, community engagement, and monitoring trends
- Develop social media advertising campaigns to expand the brand’s reach
- Design and own reputation management program considering the entire breadth of social media presence
- Email Marketing : Tie up email marketing exercises with the content marketing to promote brand presence
- Ensure database stays fresh
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns
- Segment email lists for targeted and personalized communication
- Analytics And Reporting : Define the key analytics to be measured
- Design report templates in a manner that offer meaningful insights
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
- Prepare regular reports and share insights with key stakeholders of all verticals
- Budget Management : Plan complete digital marketing budget for each vertical
- Share budget requirements with rational
- Manage the budget to extract the optimum ROI
- Share budget utilisation report alongside ROI report
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with department goals and individual growth
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Identify and closely follow the competitors
Qualifications
Master degree in Digital Marketing, or BusinessProven experience as a Digital Marketing ManagerStrong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practicesProficiency in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, content marketing, and email marketingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional communication and leadership abilitiesUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketingCertifications in digital marketing (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) will be plusDetails
