Position : Operations Manager

Qualification : Mechanical Engineer

Experience : Minimum 15 years of experience in operations within the engineering or facilities management field

Language : Must be fluent in Arabic

Availability : Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth project delivery
• Develop and implement operational strategies and SOPs
• Oversee team performance and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards
• Coordinate with senior management to align operational goals with business objectives
• Monitor resource allocation, budget control, and client satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments
