الوصف الوظيفيEducational Qualification : A specific degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution is required. Total Experience Required : A minimum number of years of professional experience in MEP engineering is mandatory. Experience Certification : Relevant professional engineering certifications or documented experience in a related field are required. Expertise : Must have proven expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems engineering. Location : Must be able to manage projects at the deployment location in Doha.
A skilled MEP Engineer is required to manage and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within our real estate projects in Doha. The role involves technical oversight, inspection, and maintenance planning.
Responsibilities :
- Design, review, and supervise the installation and commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC, fire fighting, electrical, plumbing).
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems in properties to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex MEP issues promptly.
- Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and maintenance teams.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
