Finance Controller

Responsibilities Oversee the financial planning management and reporting of the hotel Develop financial strategies and budgets in alignment with hotel goals Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Monitor cash flow expenditures and revenue streams Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors Implement financial controls and risk management procedures Lead financial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking Supervise the finance team and ensure accurate financial records Requirements Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field CPA or CMA preferred Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management within the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial analysis tools Excellent leadership communication and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Immediate availability is preferred
