Chedid & Associates – Qatar is looking for a Junior Officer within the General insurance department. The role focuses on issuing motor insurance policies, ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing timely support on client, insurer, and compliance requests.

Responsibilities

Issue Motor Insurance policies on portals

Preparing various reports

Crosschecking policy documents shared by insurers is matching the agreed T&Cs.

Internal communications between relevant departments

Handle KYC / AML requirements with Compliance

Follow ups on requests with insurance companies

Follow ups on requests with clients

Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent in a similar field

1 year of experience in a similar role

Insurance products & practices awareness is a plus

Fluent in English
