Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Director in delivering the HR transformation agenda, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of key HR programmes across the organisation.
- Oversee employee services, HR operations, process optimisation, service delivery excellence, and drive best‑practice HR standards.
- Lead Compensation & Benefit Management – develop and maintain competitive compensation structures, benefits programmes, job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and ensure alignment with organisational policies and market standards.
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with regulations, audit payroll data, and coordinate with Finance and HR teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment efforts, source top talent, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience – especially for high‑priority and international hires.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong HR background relevant to the role.Arabic speaking is a strong advantage.Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.Ability to work in a fast‑paced, transformation‑driven environment.Key Details
