Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage our inventory, stock levels, and supply chain logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials and supplies while maintaining a clean and organized storage area. Accuracy, efficiency, and strong organizational skills are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and materials.
  • Ensure proper storage of inventory items, adhering to safety and organizational standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Issue materials from the store as per requisition.
  • Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or surplus.
  • Ensure proper labeling and tagging of items for easy identification.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
  • Coordinate with procurement and other departments for inventory planning.
  • Handle returns and replacements of defective or damaged items.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Any Bachelor Degree.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a Food / similar industry.
  • Experience should be in manufacturing field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in different inventory systems, storekeeping methods and procedures.
  • Valid QID.
  • Preferance Qatar Driving License (manual) holder.
  • Sponsorship change required.
  • In country hire only.
