Overview

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Coordinator for one of our clients with the following details :

Location : Doha, Qatar - Onshore

Start Date : OCT-2025

End Date : SEP-2027

Work Scheme : Residential, Single

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in cybersecurity or IT.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, tools, and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM and GICSP or CISSP certification are a plus.
  • Knowledge of OT / ICS environments is an advantage.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity risk management and governance.
  • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., energy, oil & gas, utilities).
  • Familiar with company general specifications is a plus, and with relevant international codes and standards.
  • A strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and good communication and analytical skills.
  • Language : fluent English.
  • Ability to travel and work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment

Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and track cybersecurity activities across Company, Contractors, and Suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Verify that all prerequisites for cybersecurity tasks are established and fulfilled by Contractors / Suppliers prior to initiating any related activities.
  • Monitor and follow-up on key deliverables from Contractors and Vendors, including reports, asset inventories, execution plan, IP address lists, punch lists, and other relevant documentation.
  • Ensure effective management of assigned cybersecurity tasks in alignment with the project execution plan and contractual obligations, covering all applicable requirements.
  • Track and manage cybersecurity deviations and change orders, ensuring timely and proactive responses from the Company to relevant Contractor / Supplier inputs.
