About the Role

Qatar Airways, the world’s 5-star airline, is hiring Ground Staff professionals to ensure seamless airport operations at our Doha hub. Join our award-winning team to deliver exceptional passenger experiences at one of the world’s most luxurious airports.

Key Responsibilities

Manage passenger check-in, boarding, and baggage services

Assist with flight dispatch and gate operations

Provide premium customer service to passengers

Handle special requests (unaccompanied minors, VIPs)

Coordinate with ramp agents and flight crew

Resolve passenger queries in multiple languages

Maintain compliance with aviation security regulations

Requirements

Education : High school diploma (aviation diploma preferred)

Experience : 1+ year in customer service (aviation preferred)

Languages : Fluency in English + Arabic / French / German / Russian

Skills :

Excellent communication

Problem-solving abilities

Cultural sensitivity

Physical : Ability to stand for long periods Salary & Benefits

Salary : QAR 5,000–7,000 / month
