الوصف الوظيفيHigh school diploma or equivalent Valid lifeguard certification Current CPR and First Aid certifications Security guard license or ability to obtain one Excellent swimming skills and physical fitness Proven experience in lifeguarding, security or a combination of both preferred Strong knowledge of water safety and emergency response procedures Proficiency in surveillance techniques and security protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Capability to work effectively in hot climate conditions Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus CCTV Loss Prevention Customer Service Communication skills Computer Skills Military Experience Law Enforcement Office Experience Computer Literacy Driving Security Writing Skills
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard / Swimming & Lifeguard to join our team in Doha. This dual role you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facility and its patrons with a particular focus on aquatic areas.
- Monitor and patrol the facility including pool areas to maintain a safe environment
- Perform lifeguarding duties including surveillance of swimming areas and rescue operations when necessary
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to prevent accidents and maintain order
- Respond promptly to emergencies providing first aid and CPR as needed
- Conduct regular safety checks of pool equipment and surrounding areas
- Assist in the implementation of emergency action plans
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents and rescue operations
- Interact professionally with guests addressing their concerns and providing information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive facility security
- Adapt to various weather conditions including working in a hot climate
