Operations Lead (Groceries) – Snoonu
This role oversees the daily activities of grocery pickers, quality checkers, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment. The Operations Lead leads, coaches, schedules staff, and manages resources across multiple branches to maintain seamless operations while improving throughput, reducing bottlenecks, and ensuring SLA compliance. The position drives higher customer satisfaction and operational excellence while optimizing resource utilization and supporting sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily grocery operations (picking, QC, and dispatch) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Lead, coach, and schedule operations teams across multiple branches.
- Monitor key metrics such as preparation time, SLA compliance, driver wait time, and order cancellations.
- Improve on-ground efficiency by identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
- Optimize resource utilization and manpower allocation across branches.
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance speed and accuracy.
- Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction (NPS and SLA targets).
Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma; bachelor’s degree in business, operations or supply chain management is preferred.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in grocery, warehouse or delivery operations, with prior team supervision experience.Strong knowledge of end-to-end order fulfillment, including picking, quality control and dispatch.Proven track record in monitoring and improving operational KPIs.Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.Skilled in resource planning and operational coordination across multiple locations.Analytical and process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Flexible and proactive, capable of working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.Company Overview
