We’re hiring at our location in Doha

IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with the organizations policies and procedures, legal,

    • regulatory, and contractual requirements

  • Understand the full users’ identity and access management life cycle, including

    • user on boarding, transfer, and off boarding

  • Ensure healthcare sector identity management lifecycle and compliance for the

    • entire healthcare, insurance providers and partners

  • Periodical assessment for the healthcare entities credential and access reviews
  • Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and participating in decision making

    • around new and emerging IAM technologies and will support other areas of

    Information Security

  • Administration activities on various platforms, applications, and systems, ensuring

    • access is granted in accordance with global IAM policy, established standards, and

    procedures

  • Define and maintain a robust access control framework to ensure right access and

    • enforce segregation of duties across multiple cloud providers and platforms Develop

  • Develop an IAM governance model and coordinate the efforts to implement it
  • Develop policies and procedures for identity lifecycle management, including user

    • registration, access provisioning, role-based access control and user de provisioning

  • Automate IAM tasks to reduce manual processes, increase efficiency, and

    • minimize errors

  • Integrate IAM technologies with existing systems and infrastructure, including

    • cloud services, using APIs and middleware

  • Conduct regular audits of IAM policies and practices, ensuring compliance with

    • regulatory standards and industry best practices

  • Respond and investigate security incidents related to compromised credentials

    • and unauthorized access

  • Stay current with the latest trends and developments around identity,

    • authentication, and authorization, including advancements in biometrics, multi factor authentication and Web3 technologies

  • Work with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure their practices meet

    • our security requirements

  • Will be responsible for day-to-day management of Identity & Access Management

    • platform to ensure it is functions as designed

  • Working with various technical teams to ensure we maintain 100% available and

    • uninterrupted outage of our production environment

  • Always ensure all proper documentation is maintained for all aspects of the

    • Identity & Access Management platform

  • Familiarity with password repository technologies and remote session

    • governance, specifically with the policies that govern target system platforms

  • Excellent knowledge in IAM ecosystem (technology, standards, implementations,

    • migration, and operations)

    Experience / Qualifications :

    Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Similar, plus substantial continued

    education and training in the field

  • 8-12 years of experience in identity and access management field and expertise in

    • IAM , Identity protection, and compliance practices

  • Certification related to IAM and cybersecurity is preferred
  • IAM certification from Microsoft, Oracle, Okta, Azure, AWS, or Google
  • Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences and motives and to work

    • with cross cultural Audience

  • Strong technical knowledge in IAM and PAM solutions
  • Familiarity with security standards such as ISO27k or NIST
