What You’ll Do : Drive

direct property sales

through proactive client engagement and lead conversion.

Build and maintain

long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.

Identify and

secure new sales opportunities

across the market.

Negotiate and close

high-value property deals.

Develop and execute

sales strategies

to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Stay ahead of

market trends

and competitor activity.

Lead and support

marketing campaigns

and social media initiatives.

Represent the brand at

local and international roadshows and property events.

What We’re Looking For :

3+ years of direct sales experience

in real estate or luxury sectors.

Proven

track record of closing deals

and achieving targets.

Exceptional

communication, presentation, and negotiation

skills.

Strong understanding of

off-plan sales

and the UAE property market.

Experience with

high-end brands, automotive, or real estate

is a big plus.
