Platinum Laundry is looking for a reliable and customerfocused Laundry Cashier to join our team in Doha Qatar If you have excellent communication skills and a knack for handling financial transactions with accuracy we want to hear from you Position Laundry Cashier Location Platinum Laundry Doha Qatar Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their laundry service needs Handle cash credit and debit transactions accurately and efficiently Issue receipts refunds and change to customers as necessary Maintain a clean and organized cashier area Answer customer inquiries about services prices and policies Track and report any discrepancies in cash or card transactions Assist with folding tagging and sorting laundry during peak times or as needed Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service Requirements Proficiency in English both spoken and written Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or in a customer service role Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions Good organizational and multitasking abilities Friendly and approachable demeanor Basic math skills and familiarity with electronic payment systems Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development
