الوصف الوظيفيDiploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Safety Officer in oil and gas projects. Certified in NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent safety qualification.
Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements on site.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections , identifying unsafe acts or conditions and recommending corrective actions.
- Participate in risk assessments, job safety analyses (JSA), and toolbox talks before work begins.
- Verify compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, confined space, and hot work safety requirements.
- Ensure all workers use appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and follow safe work practices.
- Conduct and document incident, accident, and near-miss investigations , ensuring proper reporting and follow-up.
- Maintain safety statistics, inspection reports, and compliance records .
