Job Summary
The Consultant is a professional advisor in their respective field of expertise providing guidance to the business or organization and the individuals in terms of systems, processes or overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Conducts research and analysis to provide expert insight and recommendations for complex situations or issues.
- Meet with management and staff to understand their requirements and recommend guidance on a range of issues from operational concerns to strategic planning and in between.
- Conduct situational and data analysis to identify problems, improve business performance, increase profitability or achieve specific goals.
- Present and explain findings to appropriate executives to guide them on the next steps to take for the benefit of the business at large.
- Ensure the proper understanding and implementation of strategies recommended or being developed as well as managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines with within budgets.
