Sales and Marketing Assistant - Events (Bilingual Arabic / English)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for corporate and private clients.
• Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries (phone, email, and in-person) and qualify sales leads.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media management, email newsletters, and content creation (in both Arabic and English).
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and event trends in the Qatar market.
• Manage the sales pipeline and CRM database, ensuring all client and event details are accurately recorded and updated.
• Provide administrative and on-site support during key events as needed, ensuring smooth execution.
