Main Responsibilities :
- Greeting visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Managing front desk operations, including handling appointments and scheduling meetings.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Assisting in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Providing general information to clients and visitors about the company and services.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and security protocols for visitor management.
- Supporting HR and administrative teams with office-related tasks as required.
Essential Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma / degree in administration is a plus.Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role is preferred.Skills Required :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach.Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
