Barista cum Waiter – Aura Group Qatar

Start Date : December 2025. Aura Group Qatar is launching an exciting new international café concept, and we’re hiring passionate and experienced Barista cum Waiters to join our front‑of‑house team! Responsibilities : Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages to international standards. Provide excellent table service and ensure a welcoming guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstations. Handle customer orders, payments, and feedback professionally. Support daily operations and collaborate with kitchen and service teams. Qualifications : Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista and / or Waiter. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment. Willingness to relocate to Qatar and start by December 2025. What We Offer : Shared accommodation and transportation provided. Relocation ticket to Qatar. Vacation ticket every 2 years. 21 days of paid annual leave. Medical benefits as per the Labor law.
