Contract Manager Reference RP019127 Vistas Global is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee all contractrelated aspects for our holding company and its subsidiaries The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the company s reputation by ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and managing legal matters including contracts frameworks and disputes The role will also involve overseeing mergers and acquisitions M A and due diligence processes A key focus will be on contract law based on FIDIC or JCT with regional experience in administering or defending contracts and subcontracts in construction and engineering Additional experience in technology service contracts and labor contracts will be highly valued Requirements Strong background in construction law with specific experience in FIDIC JCT claim management and arbitration Minimum of 1015 years of experience in contract management particularly in the construction industry Proven experience in building construction and handling complex legal matters Experience in technology service contracts and labor contracts is a plus Strong knowledge of claim management and dispute resolution Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills Location Qatar
