Production Supervisor

with expertise in goldsmithing and handcrafts. This role involves overseeing the production of high-quality, custom swords, trunks, trophies, and artisanal items, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and quality standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury handcrafted items and skilled in leading a team of artisans.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate all production stages, from concept to completion

Lead a team of skilled goldsmiths, carpenters, and craftsmen

Collaborate with the design team to bring concepts to life

Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to craftsmanship standards

Train and mentor staff, manage inventory, and monitor production schedules

Implement safety standards and seek ways to improve efficiency

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience in goldsmithing and handcrafts

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Expertise in goldsmith techniques and handcrafting processes

Effective communication skills and attention to detail
