Workshop Supervisor

Overview

Take the lead to build a repair workshop with 10 staffs to serve the market and customers in Qatar, dedicated to the daily management of this workshop and report to HQ regularly. Responsibilities

Skilled in servicing of Mechanical Valve (Ball, Gate Globe, Check, Butterfly, Plug), Safety Valve (PSV, TSV) and actuators; Develop the business for the growth of the company; Communicate and interact with clients, Vendors, contractors, subcontractors. Proficiency in managing the entire gamut of after‑sales service related issues, customer service and development of cost‑effective engineering solutions. And offer to the clients for estimation, pricing, man‑hour calculation, documentation. Deal with workshop operations, like the Filed welding, fabrication works, Chemical Cleaning, line purging, repair and maintenance of Rotating Equipment & Machinery, Hydro testing and much other work as per filed requirement. Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or above. Minimum 8 years’ experience in valve industry, having knowledge of API, ASTM, ASME standards. At least 3 years working experience about factory management. Having work experience in business development sales Having good communication and interaction skills An enterprising leader with strong planning, interpersonal, analytical & negotiation skills.
