Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
