Responsible for performing GRP / FRP lamination work in accordance with project specifications and procedures. Must hold a valid FPI Lamination Certificate and be able to requalify under the project recipe as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out lamination, jointing, and repair of GRP / FRP piping and components as per drawings and project standards.
• Follow FPI lamination procedures and ensure compliance with approved project recipes (resin mix, fiber layers, curing cycle, etc.).
• Prepare surfaces for lamination (grinding, cleaning, edge preparation).
• Apply laminates using correct materials, techniques, and curing processes.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure joints meet inspection standards.
• Requalify under project-specific lamination procedures when required.
• Comply with all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
