About the Role :

We are seeking a Certified Barista Trainer with a passion for coffee and a talent for teaching. The ideal candidate will have hands-on barista experience and the ability to deliver structured training programs for new and existing staff.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct theoretical and practical training in espresso preparation, milk texturing, latte art, and coffee machine maintenance

Onboard and certify new baristas

Create training manuals and SOPs based on specialty coffee standards

Monitor performance and support continuous improvement

Ensure consistency in beverage quality across all outlets

Desired Skills & Experience

Requirements :

Certified Barista Trainer (SCA or similar certification preferred)

Minimum 3 years of hands-on barista experience

Experience in training or mentoring baristas

Strong communication and leadership skills

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Passion for specialty coffee and quality service
