Overview of the role :
We are looking for a customer-focused and technically skilled Service Advisor to join our Commercial Vehicles (Buses & Trucks) service team in Qatar. The Service Advisor acts as the single point of contact between the customer / driver and the workshop, managing service requests, time and cost estimations, job approvals, progress updates, and invoice explanation while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You will report to the Service Manager and work alongside technicians, parts coordinators, and administrative staff. The service team operates in a fast-paced environment where delivering reliable and timely service to commercial vehicle customers is the top priority.
