Planning Engineer - Civil

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera or MS Project. Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and site engineers to align civil works with overall project timelines Monitor progress and update schedules to reflect actual site conditions and changes. Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for civil works including foundations, drainage, grading, and structural components. Analyze scope of work and project inputs to develop DPRs (Detailed Project Reports) and cost projections. Maintain accurate records of project progress, cost variations, and resource utilization. Generate reports for internal and client review, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies. Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials and services.
