Contract Attorney for International Law Firm in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Contract Attorney to join our prestigious international law firm located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Contract Attorney, you will primarily be responsible for drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including contracts and agreements, ensuring their compliance with local and international laws. Responsibilities

Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence. Conduct thorough legal research to ensure compliance with local and international laws. Provide legal advice and support to clients on various matters. Review and negotiate terms of contracts with clients. Represent clients in court proceedings as necessary. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' business operations. Collaborate with a team of lawyers to provide comprehensive legal services to clients. Requirements

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a practicing attorney. Experience in contract law is required. Knowledge of both local and international laws is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred. We offer
