Our client is seeking a Senior Associate, Reporting & Taxation (Qatarization). This crucial role involves coordinating all reporting and taxation activities, with a focus on managing withholding tax and ensuring financial compliance. As a Senior Associate, you will provide timely asset management accounting and custodianship services to various stakeholders, ensuring all activities align with established Service Level Agreements to optimize turnaround times. Your responsibilities will extend to maintaining accurate asset management documents, disseminating capital stock reports, and producing essential financial statements and MIS for relevant stakeholders periodically. A core part of your role will involve calculating imposable and other taxable activities in line with local law and different account profiles, assisting in tax filings, and managing communications with tax authorities. You'll also perform detailed account and transaction reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and assist with audit documentation and query management, ensuring all inbound queries are addressed promptly.

To be successful in this role, our client requires a university graduate with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology. Our client is looking for someone with a strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation principles, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and operational excellence.
