Overview of the role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Car Sales Executive-GAC to join our team in Qatar. This role is pivotal in supporting the sales objectives of the company by achieving given sales targets. You will be responsible for providing first-rate service to current and potential customers of GAC.
What you will do
- Achieve and maintain the company-prescribed standard sales policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed the allocated monthly sales targets
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales by achieving or exceeding objectives
- Handle cash and credit customers in adherence to company procedures
- Constantly improve selling techniques and customer handling skills
- Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to maximize all sales finance & cash, including insurance, accessories, tinting windows, service packages, and paint protection
- Ensure zero overdue before close of business hours
- Offer test-drives to all customers with proper documentation
- Comply with company guidelines and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), reporting all incidents to the Showroom Manager
- Submit necessary documents to the relevant department
- Ensure quality of work to avoid errors / rework and address customer concerns to improve operational ease and customer satisfactio
Required skills to be successful
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)2-3 years of proven experience in automotive sales or retail salesValid Qatari driving licenseTrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotasAbout the team
The role reports to the Showroom Manager and you act as the focal point to continuously promote the improvement of sales and customer-centric approach in GAC. A close liaison is maintained between all departments, and all personnel are involved in the process to create a “Quality Sales & Service Culture”.
