Description
Job Title : Runner (Food & Beverage)
Department : FOH
Reporting To : Shift Supervisor / Manager
Responsible For : Customer Service
MAIN DUTIES :
- Coordinate food service with the rest of the team
- Act as liaison between the customers and the kitchen
- Work in harmony with the waiters and cooks
- Be attentive to the waiter and supervisor to facilitate customer requests.
- Food runners play a vital role in supporting the wait staff by promptly delivering food to tables and ensuring orders are presented correctly.
- Familiar with menu items. In addition to serving, food runners assist with clearing tables, refilling glasses, restocking stations, polishing silverware, and performing opening and closing duties.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position or customer serviceGood communication skills : English language proficiency is requiredPleasing personality and professional appearanceAbility to work under pressure and during busy service periodsAdapts quickly to changes and is a fast learnerEffective team player with excellent attention to detailFamiliar with hospitality terminology and service standardsMaintains high standards of cleanliness and personal hygieneMust be willing to work overtime as neededCompensation Package :
