Requirements Minimum 810 years of experience in offshore installation engineering Strong knowledge of offshore lifting transportation and installation methods Familiarity with marine operations subsea systems and offshore safety standards e g IMO OSHA Experience with offshore installation equipment and software Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills Ability to work in remote offshore environments under challenging conditions
