Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Abaya Master Tailor to lead the design and production of high‑quality abayas for our client’s boutique in Qatar. The candidate should have exceptional skill in pattern making, cutting, stitching, and supervision of junior tailors , with a deep understanding of both traditional and modern abaya styles .

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and manage patterns, cuts, and stitching plans for all types of abayas.
• Supervise a team of tailors and ensure all garments are produced according to quality standards.
• Conduct fabric selection and advise on embellishments, embroidery, lace, and finishing details.
• Take measurements and oversee fitting sessions for clients.
• Manage workflow in the tailoring section to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Maintain consistency in design, fit, and finish across all garments.
• Train and guide assistant tailors and embroidery staff.
• Work closely with designers and management to implement new abaya collections and custom designs.
