Job Description

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Qatar. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by coordinating various tasks and resources. You will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key to managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
  • Coordinate and assist in implementing all activities related to PD events and programs (Annual Forum, Workshops, etc.) in close consultation and coordination with the Communications and PR Manager and team.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive database of validated and categorized contacts relevant to PD conferences.
  • Participate in cross-functional meeting for finalizing plans and maintain timelines and expected outcomes for the projects.
  • Monitor adherence to the finalized plan timelines and budgets through coordination with all concerned partners.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, guidelines and standards.
  • Take ownership of PD center events / conference calendar, obtain approval from the director for the scheduled events and communicate to relevant stakeholders to plan the events / conferences.
  • Provide support to the team for articulation of key objectives and expected outcomes for the events / conferences ensuring alignment to Company strategic objectives.
  • Act as accessible resource who is available for conference and events related enquiries both regular business days, also weekends and after office hours (if needed).
  • Provide complete coordination in planning and execution of conferences / events organized by PD center
  • Actively participate in daily department update meeting, sharing information and receiving updates in a streamlined and efficient way.
  • Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance to the departmental budget.
  • Organize / Coordinate operational review meetings with conference team to discuss task list and report on status of ongoing events.
  • Assist in developing and reviewing project plans regularly to ensure tasks and milestones are being achieved in a timely manner and Preparation of project status reports, presentations, agendas etc. to be submitted to Academic Outreach Director.
  • Provide complete PR / logistic support to all matters pertaining to PD conference.
  • Ensuring consistency and accuracy on the projects assigned.
  • File all project documents.
  • Management of professional development projects.
  • Required Profile

    We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with the following qualifications and skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years experience as a Project Coordinator.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
