Job Description : Full Time Receptionist for a High Street Salon in Qatar

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Full Time Receptionist to join our team at a prestigious male slimming and muscle recovery spa in Qatar.

Minimum experience required : over 5 years. Salary : 4000. Location : Qatar. Start date : Immediately.

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement : Answer incoming calls and manage inquiries professionally. Provide accurate information about services offered in the spa. Welcome guests warmly and guide them through their spa experiences.
  • Sales Focus : Promote and sell spa packages effectively to clients. Develop an understanding of customer needs to offer personalized service.
  • Appointment Management : Book appointments for clients over the phone and through digital platforms. Manage the appointment calendar to ensure smooth operations.
  • Client Communication : Utilize social media channels to engage clients and promote services. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and messaging apps for professional communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong sales skills with a focus on meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
