Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our culinary team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, exceptional cooking skills, and the ability to lead a kitchen team to deliver outstanding dishes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu specifications
- Manage kitchen staff and oversee daily kitchen operations
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the management to create innovative menu items
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
