Position : Engineering Director

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering management roles.
  • Strong background in construction, infrastructure, and utilities projects.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
  • Previous involvement with Ashghal or similar regulatory / government authorities.
  • Demonstrated track record of working on mega infrastructure projects.
  • Must have valid QID, Passport, and NOC

Major Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the engineering division (civil, MEP, utilities).
  • Oversee design reviews, technical submissions, and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with Ashghal, Kahramaa, and local authority regulations.
  • Supervise mega infrastructure and utility projects from design to execution.
  • Implement quality, safety, and engineering standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Drive value engineering, innovation, and adoption of modern technologies (e.g., BIM).
