Start date : August 2025

Salary : £45,000 – £50,000 per annum (tax-free)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven School Improvement Consultant / Ofsted Inspector to join a leading international school in Doha from August 2025.

The successful candidate will lead school improvement strategies, support senior leadership teams in self-evaluation and strategic planning, and play a key role in driving high standards across the school.

Essential requirements :

• Qualified teacher status and extensive senior leadership or consultancy experience
• Proven record as an Ofsted Inspector (or equivalent inspection experience)
• Strong expertise in school improvement and quality assurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to international education and cultural adaptability
