Educational Qualification BE / Diploma in Engineering (Electronics Instrumentation or related field)
Professional Certifications Professional certifications are an advantage
Experience Experience in PAGA (Public Address & General Alarm) Systems
Strong background in maintenance and service operations
Proven ability in client coordination for SLA compliance and reporting
Experience in leading service teams and managing field operations
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and service activities for PAGA systems
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery and SLA matters
Prepare and maintain SLA reports, service records and performance documentation
Manage scheduling and deployment of service teams
Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards
Support the continuous improvement of maintenance and service processes
