Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Paints Production Supervisor, located in Doha, Qatar. The supervisor will manage day-to-day production operations to ensure efficient and timely production schedules are met. Responsibilities include overseeing production planning, managing staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and coordinating with different departments to maintain the smooth flow of operations. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining production records and reporting on output and efficiency.

Qualifications

Supervisory skills and experience in managing production staff

Ability to develop and manage production schedules and planning

Strong production management skills

Excellent communication skills for coordinating with various departments

Knowledge of safety and quality standards in paints production

Experience in the manufacturing or paints industry is a plus

Relevant certification or degree in production management or a related field is preferred
