Senior Solution Designer Telecom

Nair Systems is currently looking Senior Solution Designer for our Qatar operations with the following terms conditions Minimum Experience and Essential Knowledge Minimum 10 years of work experience in the Technology Domain Minimum 5 years of work experience with Microservices architecture TMF API Minimum 7 years of qualified experience on the requested role of Solution Designer Lead Subject Matter Expert for Solution Domain with proven track record demonstrating Solution leadership and ability to define and implement complex information technology and or digital transformation initiatives within the Solution Design Domain Minimum 7 years of experience working in the Telecommunications Industry demonstrating solid understanding Telecom Business Models Operating Environments and Applications across Technology Sales Marketing Customer Care Finance Regulatory and Legal and Telecom BSS OSS Information Technology and Software Systems Ability to demonstrate subject matter expert level expertise in the area of Solution Design including but not limited to following areas Solution Architecture and Analysis Practice Telecom and IT Operating Model and Processes and Applications Business and Information Systems Architecture and Design Cloud solution Hyrbid Integration Good working knowledge and past experience on Software Development Lifecycle including Design Thinking and Agile Practices and Methodologies Core Skills Excellent interpersonal leadership managerial team work negotiation logical analysis stakeholder and risk management skills Excellent oral and written communications in English is a must Arabic is considered a plus Good understanding on Information Technology IT Systems IT Solution Design Practices to fluently liaise between Business and Technology and effectively carry out Solution Design related work Good working knowledge and preferably certifications of one or more relevant Frameworks Standards Models and Practices related to Telecom Industry and Role not limited to TOGAF ITIL PMP PMI PRINCE2 SIG SIGMA COBIT SCRUM SDLC TM Forum ETSI and 3GPP IT Industrial Certifications or Post Graduation with specific focus on Practical deployments is considered a plus Ability to build capability on information systems design and lead teams to deliver results Ability to work well under pressure and to work both independently as well as with others Joining time frame 2 weeks maximum 1 month Should you be interested in this opportunity please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest
