Lead the Human Resources department developing and implementing HR strategies to attract retain and develop talent in alignment with the organization s goals Key Responsibilities Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational objectives Oversee recruitment onboarding and talent management processes Implement performance management systems and employee development programs Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies Manage employee relations conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures Develop compensation benefits and wellness programs Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to inform decisionmaking Stay updated on employment law and HR best practices Requirements Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Director preferably in healthcare or related sectors Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Master s preferred Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR practices Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills Strategic thinker with problemsolving abilities Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
