Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar Housekeeping Manager

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations of our luxury hotel in Al‑Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

Develop and implement cleaning procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the hotel

Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to support housekeeping operations

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are met

Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely manner, striving to resolve any issues promptly and to the satisfaction of the guest

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of housekeeping services with other hotel operations

Create and maintain a budget for the housekeeping department, monitoring expenses and making adjustments as necessary

Implement environmentally friendly practices in housekeeping operations to support sustainable initiatives

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel setting

Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team effectively

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills would be an asset)

Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures for different types of surfaces and materials

Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Understanding of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping operations

Preferred Qualifications While not required, the ideal candidate will possess :

A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field

Previous experience working in Qatar or knowledge of Qatari culture
