Cognos Developer

Nair Systems is currently looking for Cognos Developer for our Qatar operations with the following terms conditions Skills Experience with Cognos reporting tools Understanding of OCR Optical Character Recognition solutions and their impact on business processes Familiarity with KYC Know Your Customer compliance and related regulations Key Responsibilities Exception Review Review all exceptions from the Cognos report focusing specifically on discrepancies related to Salary STD letters Data Analysis Monitor the average volume of exceptions and prepare for an expected increase in requests Assess any spikes in volume beyond the expected threshold and report findings to management Reporting Prepare regular reports on exception trends volumes and any identified issues that may require business attention or resources Present findings and recommendations to management during periodic reviews Collaboration Work closely with the IT and operations teams to understand the cognitive solutions output and improve reporting accuracy Liaise with account services personnel to ensure seamless handling of exceptions and customer requests Qualifications Experience Degree in business administration Finance or a related field from international university inside or outside Qatar Proven experience in data analysis and report generation preferably in a banking or financial services environment Familiarity with CRM systems and experience in data management Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment Joining time frame 2 weeks maximum 1 month Should you be interested in this opportunity please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest
