We Elevate Your Responsibilities

Analyze current past and potential new customers to identify opportunities for Schindler to expand the Portfolio.

Coordinate prepare and negotiate all offers and contracts consistent with the Companys commercial guidelines especially margin targets.

Maintenance contract conversions gains and recoveries.

Coordinate the handover of new units gained and recovered units to provide a positive experience to the customer.

Ensuring collection of any overdue in relation to contract sales. Work on collection with the credit controller to decrease bad debts.

Prepare and fulfil budget and key metrics with the Country General Manager.

Coordinate prepare and negotiate all bid requests frame contracts tenders and associated offers.

Act as a single point of contact to ensure fast and efficient solutions to key account issues.

Bachelors degree in engineering.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

IT Skills : MS‑Office SAP SharePoint is an asset.
